What our facilities can offer you
Surface coatings applied across both sites and in tandem are:
- Dry film lubricants such as molybdenum disulphide and PTFE
- Conversion coatings such as phosphate, which is applied as a pre-treatment prior to the application of PTFE or Mos2, or indeed on its own to facilitate surface release.
We electro-deposit copper and silver to harness their release and corrosion resistance properties, and in the case of copper, to limit and retard marine growth.
