Environmental facors to consider
Certain measurements are taken and recorded by the paintshop supervisor at the start of every eight hour shift. These environmental factors are important to consider, because they may influence the quality of the paint finish on the component. The painter will measure them both, in the blast area and the paint area.
These factors include;
- Humidity
-
Ambient Temperature
-
Steel Temperature
-
Dew Point
