Electroless Nickel (ARMOURCOTE 3600)

Electroless nickel is excellent for its high precision and uniformity. The reason, its auto catalytic process which being chemical as opposed to electrolytic, is not prone to points of high and low build up and is therefore ideal for tight tolerance work. Also the process contains the combination of nickel's exceptional hardness with the corrosion protection of phosphorous.

Enlube (Surftech 400)

An Electoless nickel/PTFE composite which brings together the low friction, self lubricating properties of PTFE with the much harder wearing nickel/ phosphorous, in a matrix.
